Lifestyle disorders/diseases! New word, you might just have to shake your forehead a bit because its not related to pandemic but this pandemic is affecting the most with some kind of lifestyle disorder and it has lead to death of many who have these lifestyle disorder and got infected with the covid-19.

But what is it? What all comes under these lifestyle disorders? Can this be avoided?

The wonderful part about the lifestyle disorder is it can be totally avoided with conscious eating and exercises.

Actually lifestyle disorder are stated as the diseases you get because of your unhealthy eating habit and lack of exercise. Eating by looking into your plate that what are the food you are chewing and thinking that should you be actually eating it or have you already overeaten the food, these simple things can gratingly influence your current unhealthy eating habit into healthy one.

Lifestyle disorders include the diseases like:

  • Cardio vascular diseases
  • Liver cirrhosis
  • Kidney dysfunction
  • spleen disorders
  • Diabetes
  • Lungs disorders
  • many more

There is no particular medicine or treatment when your organs start to dysfunction. Any kind of medication that the doctors prescribe when your organs have gotten tired of your unhealthy habits, these medicines just act as a support system only if modify your lifestyle habits to healthy ones, otherwise these medication donot support your organs for a longer time.

If you or any one of your family member is already suffering from any kind of the lifestyle disorders than you already know that its the lifestyle modifications that would give you a longer life then the medications and ultimate treatment is the organ transplant which for many of us is not an achievable task considering the cost.

Loss of lives due to lifestyle disorder is more than the current pandemic but it has been never talked about. There are some hints that your body constantly gives you, which indicates that you must stop your current eating habit and exercise or activity is must. The hints include:

  • Constipation
  • Obesity
  • Tiredness
  • Back pain
  • Cramps in your legs
  • Headaches
  • Muscle Spams

Simple things right. We always get these things every now and then. These things indicate vitamin deficiency and sometimes also indicates that food we eat is not assimilating properly in our blood stream.

A healthy eating habit and exercise is must in this situation, where new viruses and bacteria can pop up anytime and anywhere thus putting your immunity at test anytime in your life. So maintaining a healthy lifestyle will give you a stronger immunised body in any kind of situation in your life.

Don’t focus on the media trends for weight loss instead create a sustainable and achievable food chart for your self which are accessible, fresh, and easy to make at home. So you don’t have a fuss or reason to opt for junk. There is no need to go vegan but vegetarian diet with often inclusion of meat and eggs for those who like to eat would be a great sustainable choice of living and definitely achievable too.

Every day is important day of your life so choose wisely what to your putting your body through to digest and just make sure you look into your plate while eating and eat it with consciousness of your health.
